Since what we know of the future is made up of purely abstract and logical elements — inferences, guesses, deductions — it cannot be eaten, felt, smelled, seen, heard, or otherwise enjoyed. An organisation is like a tree. Its growth is measured by the height it attains and the width it covers. It is largely considered GREEN because of its leaves. Its fruits (financial results) depend solely on its roots (leaders). If its branch (head) is functionally weak, the same part will always complain of being laden with too many leaves (employees) but the strong will grow more.
