I’m preparing myself for a long peaceful sleep in the earth. One of the most satisfying things I can think of, you know. To turn slowly into compost, to become humus, to fatten worms and nourish plants, keeping the whole cycle of life going. It’s the only form of eternity I can hope for.

An organisation is like a tree. Its growth is measured by the height it attains and the width it covers. It is largely considered GREEN because of its leaves. Its fruits (financial results) depend solely on its roots (leaders). If its branch (head) is functionally weak, the same part will always complain of being laden with too many leaves (employees) but the strong will grow more.
When a company has a diversified business interests, it is branded as a MULTIFACETED organisation; but if a professional has an experience in different products and/or fields, he is subjected to a lot of baseless questioning and why then the people not consider him a MULTITALENTED person.”
