Business rules are different now. Don't believe me? How are the banks in the United States doing? How are the three big car makers? How are small businesses doing? You want to keep marketing the way companies have been for the last fifty years? Not a good idea, I'm afraid.

It’s been interesting, because I think game mechanics were a great introduction to location-based services. But it’s not the story.

We’ve seen so many companies now come into market and want to check into books, music, etc. I think we’re kind of drinking our own Kool-Aid here. I don’t think that was ever our intention. We wanted to launch the next thing in location-based interactions. I don’t think we need to necessarily check into everything.
