An organisation is like a tree. Its growth is measured by the height it attains and the width it covers. It is largely considered GREEN because of its leaves. Its fruits (financial results) depend solely on its roots (leaders). If its branch (head) is functionally weak, the same part will always complain of being laden with too many leaves (employees) but the strong will grow more.
Their talk about improving the economy without giving out the surplus money to the lower- middle & lower income class is like cracking a big joke on the life of many, in spite of realizing that they being appearing to the sensible only funny.
When a company has a diversified business interests, it is branded as a MULTIFACETED organisation; but if a professional has an experience in different products and/or fields, he is subjected to a lot of baseless questioning and why then the people not consider him a MULTITALENTED person.”

If a person finds the negative people in his network, then he needs to mind or mend his own nature than others, for his basic grounding decides only the level of acidic or toxic surrounding for him.
Effort is required to live the life of others.. but to live our own every action comes all and only natural.
