Better screen, graphics, memory, processor and camera; open software, no need to give Apple another £30 to access the HDMI out, or £30 to use SD cards. Own your device don't buy a Apple revenue plaform where you have to give 30% of the cost of apps/book/tunes to 'the man'. And finally not available in white.
